wear contacts ! No problem with your eyes steaming up, nothing like poking your eyes at 5:00 am before driving to Ionman.
Worn them under goggles for tooooo long.
If you do get trouble, you get use visor spray for motorcyclists (bob heath's I think), but just keeping them clean (ahem) prevents a lot of fogging.
Different people like different masks, I find JT's or i3 Pro's the most comfortable for me. Also depends on the style of glasses you wear as to what'll be more comfy

We manufacture an antifog solution that comes in small bottles for non-antifog lenses. If you do find your glasses mist then a couple of squirts of that will do the trick.

works a treat....sainsburys also randomly sell a lens cleaner spray that works as wellgogs wise its all personal choice, my glasses get stuck in my jts when i take them off, but my vents and profilers are spot on, guess its all down to how big your frames are.
