yeh dude absulutely, they have poor delivery and customer service
they sent me the wrong bottle 5 times and sent me an a5 instead of an ion.

sent it all back and in the process of getting my cash back.

Regarding negative threads about PB companies

Y'all are starting to annoy me. Here's the deal for future reference. If you have a legit complaint that you have been unable to resolve feel free to post your experience.
Any such thread will not be allowed to turn into everybody pile on and slag off X.
And when I say YOUR experience I mean just that--not what happened to a mate or a story you heard from the third cousin of some acquaintance.

I see a value (of sorts) in having recourse to a public forum for this kind of problem but as we do not allow the big up threads (as they too are frequently more abused than an altar boy in a seminary chapel) the big down threads will be carefully monitored and restricted.

The purpose of this type of thread is to help achieve some sort of resolution where no satisfaction was previously to be had--it isn't to repeatedly and incessantly bash somebody or some company you don't like.

Anyone else having a few problems with gizmos?

Well...I have heard it's unadviseable to feed one after Midnight or get one wet.
Mind you, I think their actual name is Mogwai, or something like that.

But yeah, I have heard some problems...basicly, they appear to be lovely and wholsome and cute, but if you actually get involved, they can turn into completely horrid monsters, seemingly intent on ruining your life.
Sound like right sh!ts to be honest, steer clear.
