Anyone else having a few problems with gizmos?
I ordered a Jt Proflex on saturday and a minute ago monica emailed me saying they had stopped selling them. Then ordered dye invision instead and they emailed me saying they only have yellow or grey. Ordered dye throttle yesterday and they now say they dont have 1.1L in stock and then i checked it on the stock checker and it said it was in stock. Had a few problems like this before. Anyone else having problems, or can anyone explain why they are having so many problems?

Yes some peeps on here have had problems with them. And some havent had any..... Use the search button!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And you could always phone them...... They can explain why/if thy are having problems

Here is the resolution i have come to 7months...yes 7 F*CKING MONTHS after my gf ordered my subscription and my not receiving any 2006 copies of pbuk...

I phone them up and explain the situation and that i dont want any bullsh*t anymore, just my money back...they then go on to say that its pbuk's fault cos they havent sent them any 2006 copies of the mag...

At this point i blow my top...why the hell didnt they tell me this at any point in the numerous phone calls i have made to them in the past 7 months? all they told me previously is that they will be with me within the next 5-7 working days (usual bullsh*t) so they are clearly lying to me from some point...

Anyway all i can say is steer clear guys, bad service, zero communication and dishonest....what more couldn't you ask for in a company?

Why the hell not?...our sport needs good, honest and friendly companies to supply us if we are to keep growing...the more people know about who to avoid, the more business goes to the genuine companies (sloth/eclipse/atmosphere etc) and the better/cheaper their products become...

Its because their moving from Northants to MK and so the stock checking is being updated when they move at the end of the week.

Dont know. Ring them, i would imagine a while as they have alot of stock. But saying that stock had be moved last week as the store was closed.
