This is kind of like the just paintball thread complaining about them. Except, this is about Gizmos. They do offer some good things such as the reward points and propaganda code. But, i offered a tank cover off their website, when they sent it was wrong size. I returned it and then they said they wouldn't have them in for 3 months, because supposidly Dye have stopped making them for a while. I went on the website a week later to buy the same item and it said they were in stock. I also bought a Custom Ion off them and they sent me the stock barrel, i rang up and said can you send me the freak one like you are supposed to. They said there will be one at your house in 2 days and now it is about 2 weeks later and i still don't have it. Also, one of my mates got a virtue board off them and i dont know the full story but it is something like this. It broke after one go and he asked to return it and they wouldn't let him because he had used it and it was something like a month late arriving. Most people say Gizmos is the shi**est paintball company.
What do you lot think and have you had any problems like this?

i have nothing but good praise for gizmos and planet eclipse, gill was very helpful after some heated emails, but mistakes do happen the employmentbody of shops is only 4-5 people and they deal with hundereds of orders a day, so mistakes will happen, just keep at it

i orded an ion from gizmos, my new bosy was 2 weeks late, they sent an air tank that was damaged, and they made my pay to have it sent back to them, and then they it took a month to receive the new tank, after phoning themm about 7 many times:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: .
thay also sent my dye invision in blue, and i orderd it in red.
they need to get their f*cking prioritys sorted, everytime i try to explain to them on the phone, they just say the'll do something baout it, and they dont !!

Y'all are starting to annoy me. Here's the deal for future reference. If you have a legit complaint that you have been unable to resolve feel free to post your experience.
Any such thread will not be allowed to turn into everybody pile on and slag off X.
And when I say YOUR experience I mean just that--not what happened to a mate or a story you heard from the third cousin of some acquaintance.

I see a value (of sorts) in having recourse to a public forum for this kind of problem but as we do not allow the big up threads (as they too are frequently more abused than an altar boy in a seminary chapel) the big down threads will be carefully monitored and restricted.

The purpose of this type of thread is to help achieve some sort of resolution where no satisfaction was previously to be had--it isn't to repeatedly and incessantly bash somebody or some company you don't like.

bon, with all due respect its not gizmos fault the barrel sock is falling apart, its the manufacturer, hence why gizmo's is a shop and not a manufacturer


it took a month to get there? gizmos dont run the mail? i have been waiting for my contract from my new job since the 2nd of june still not here, even though its sent recorded deleievry, see where im going with this?

well what do you expect gizmos to do, open every package and test for safety? then send you opened goods which you will the clearly moan at again,


any such problems should be taken up with the company and stayed within the confines of the company, and your self, its low to be slating companies,


if it was your company and people slagged you off youd be a little pissed off,
