I've read bits around bounce vests not been very comfortable for the ladies as they are designed more for guys?

It this the case and do they actually provide that extra level of padding to stop bruising?

Cheers
Dan
I've never found that any sort of padding stops bruising. I wear a vest and elbow pads but still come home with bruises all over me.

If you can't find a proper fitting vest, those Slam Jack jerseys are quite heavily padded around the chest and arms. You wouldn't really need a vest on underneath.

I have never used em, t shirt and jersey for me.

I was more thinking for her as one of her big worries is getting hit in the chesticles area and it bruising / hurting lots.

Wearing a vest, bounce vest and jersey get very hot and sweaty after running about!

The bounce vest I use isn't too comfortable at first but you get used to it/ don't notice it while you're playing.
As they're made for men (flat chests) and because the padding doesn't mould to the body the vest seems to give a bit of an "origional tomb raider" effect sooo it, if I may say so, exagerates a certain area. 0.0
Then again it is a M ... so I probably needs a S.
Wearing a padded/frilly bra might act as extra padding also?

Certainly enough stuff to be going on with. I do fear that if she does get overly hurt that giving her a live loaded paintball marker may be a bad idea!!

Think I will need to wear a box just in case!
