i know what an anti siphon was and an on/off valve is, and a pin valve, but, if i have an anti siphon, it won't spray out liquid CO2 with an anti siphon when i unhook it, but it can still get rid of gas CO2, just nevermind, i'm getting confused and i think you guys are too
Sorry, only trying to help m8. Maybe write your questions a bit clearer so we can all understand what you're asking.
As Toma has said, having an antisyphon makes no difference to how you should remove the bottle, nor will it make any difference to what will happen if you dont remove it correctly, as co2 pressure (in either gas or liquid form) will blow your bottle o'ring if you dont first fire off the residual pressure inside your marker.
If for any reason you wanted to drain your bottle of co2 after you remove it (not sure if thats what you meant) you can still drain co2 GAS from a bottle without an antisyphon just by standing it upright as you drain it. The co2 liquid turns to gas, the gas rises to the top of the bottle and is released by the valve. The only benefits of an antisyphon would be that you get more shots per fill and that your marker wont freeze up as quickly under rapid fire, especially in winter.
