Looks like you got it all sorted then, lighter is definitely the way to go but keeping it strong as well. Having slots cut between the tubes is a proven weight reducer, especially in the latest Rat Impys.

Go for it mate, load it up with Red Bull instead of AIR and its gonna be even lighter :D

oh the a.i.r has been binned in favour of a macdev conquest....lightest air system i could find anywhere, should be arriveing in the next couple of days :)

just need to reduce the weight of a halo now!

now if you have muchos dollars to spare, perhaps this is the answer you are after. with a turtle conversion, this would be the lightest cocker body around surely.

that be a featherlite merlin mini. basically thats as 'bare to the bone' as a cocker can get.
like i said, a turtlisation (cool new word there) along with the things you have planned wouldnt even register on the scales.
it looks like the metal between the tubes has been milled out, but cant quite see.

Me team mate here lending a hand on wait reducing of the marker, all the rest of me so-called mates in the team keep sayin why i got half a marker and so on. Methinks they are just jelous cos there markers weigh mega tonnes :D

Lighter all the way!!! :D

indeed it is AKA.
its like those royal mail adverts 'saw this and thought of you'

oooh that thing with AKA internals and sidewinder, plus turtle.

wow, small, very light, and very very efficient and consistant.
lets just hope you got some skills dude :D (and some money)

typical thing is tho, its nearly half the total mass of a normal body, but you are gonna be paying more for it. :rolleyes:
ah well, give us a shout if you decide to give it a go, would very much like to see it happen

well im definatly planning on doing something more to the turtle just not sure what yet, i have a few options im concidering
