If it were me, I would replace it with a known ALKALINE brand such as Energy Paintball straight away, then start looking at my settings (especially Dwell) as Stewart and Al have suggested.

have done all this and the thing is still doing it the dwell is at 16.5 abit better not alot fed up with it

Was there not a problem with the ball that was in the noid was too small or something? You could always clean that see if that helps
