Can you tighten it up any further when you move it to the bottom?
If not Just try taking it apart and re-assembling the reg from Scratch, it's the only thing I can think of off the top of my head.

Yeh well i am sending it in to planet tomorrow can can sort it, just doesent look right

the swivel isnt on the reg bottom completely....if the orings have been changed then they may be dry, will just need lubing and pushing on.
its also possible the the inline purge valve is jamming it....best way to get round it is to remove the elbow, fit the collar then refit the elbow and purge valve.

if its coming in for a service then Robert will put it right

done that , put air tank on , getting a leak from the trigger area any help please ?

Geo is now up and running , just a little fine tuneing todo , stopped up all last night and managed to get my head around it and fixed it, just shot it and it seems to be working a treat, i will still send it for a service soon.

Could do with a manual and allen key set if any1 can help
