Or better variant is if you may go to post contor and put this stuff to weighing-machine and there told you cheaper postage way and cost. I think that.

Can send it cheaper but the parcel would only be insured up to £50 and I'm not prepared to risk sending it uninsured. If you wanted to take the risk then I would send it to you with one of the following methods.

Why can you use royal mail and insure the postage ? You offer him 2 types of postage. One is DHL and expensive one and second is cheap and not insured.

Royal Mail won't insure it over £200 to Estonia (an that cost £36 itself). There's no conspiracy going on. Any complaints on the cost of postage to Royal Mail please.

Do marker have warranty? when it ends?
No warrenty given by me.
Not registered with PE warrenty card but as there would be no proof of purchase date (when new) not sure where you stand with warrenty. Best to assume there to be no warrenty given or implied.

That said it works perfectly now.
