cool thanks will give that a try, noticed it when i got it back from having the board replaced. not the same bottle, didnt think that was an issue, will try with the old bottle.
silly question but do you wind out and wind in the reg? just want to make sure i dont mess it up any more

Winding it out to Max pressure, and wind it in. (Completely fine.) Do it all the time. You wont damage anything.

Hmm. Weird,
Just wondering the Reg Seal in the Adjuster, Did you "flip it" or replace it completely?

Have you applied the correct amount of grease on the seals. Only enough to make the seals look wet. Too much grease can cause inconsistency and bolt stick. Using eclipse grease ?

Check there is no dirt/grit around the PCV and no grease build up in the ball check valve located in the solenoid.
