geo 2.1 problem

hi guys, i just recently got the board replaced, aswell as a new frame and manifold/screen, now having an issue with the velocity, trying to chrono it to 280 and it fires at anything between 280-320 then drops to 220 then back up to 310, theres no consistancy, cleaned the front reg and greased it back up, greased the bolt and still having problems. any help would be greatly appreciated.

How's your battery?
A low battery can cause inconsistent velocity.

Fresh brand new energy paintball battery, tried a few batteries and same problem

What sort of nick is the Reg Seal in?

Replaced all o-rings so good.

What's your reg set at?
Any sneaky microleak that you haven't noticed due to the seashell effect? (long shot)
Tried resetting everything to factory default?

Not too sure what the reg is set at, no leaks that I can find.
Reset it and still no luck.

Wind it all the way out and turn in in 4 - 4 1/2 turns in, should set it to around the 130Psi mark.
When did you first notice it, any changes before hand, New bottle?
