genesis is this the future of rec-ball???

I think Genisis is going to create a rebirth of base level paintball in the UK and from that we will all benifit I am sure.
Bully and Andy are doing what is best for them but they do have genuine vision and I for one hope it succeeds to the extreme because without a much larger base level, tournament paintball will be history in the UK in five years.

genisis is a good idea, but it would be ace if they set up a sup air field along side the woodball, it would appeal to a much wider player base.

by the way, where do all the wakey lads live, im from crigglestone. :)

I think Beer, Dskize, Biscuit and J@mes are all using the same keyboard with a defective Shift key ;)
Has Wakey just got 'Tinternet or something, or have you guys actually been allowed to breed? :p
Genesis seems a good idea, but it's nothing really new. Most walk-ons offer the same variance of games, Genesis have just tried to stick a name to (and probably cash in on) what's already been going on for a while.

I thing that Genesis is a fantastic opportunity for British paintball. We are already seeing a split in tournament teams as people who just want to turn up and play are becoming unhappy witht the tournament scene. This is coupled with a need from new players for something in between tournies and punter ball. Genesis is a perfect answer to both these groups as it provides a well organised walk on event that has a number of different scenarios and options.

Campaign are also organising walk on days in the same vein and i couldnt recommend them highly enough. I happened to be down the site at the last one and everyone seemed to be having a wkd time. There was even some supair available to give a taste to the new guys.

It may have been happening sporradically before, but now there is an organised series of events that will only boost paintball in the long run.

I couldnt have said it better myself..

russel smith is right, the bigger "base" paintball is, (the small step between punter and basic rec)
the more support the tourny community will have..

its a win win situation really..
