i got mine on thursday from play.com
and apparently all people who played the game before release date are getting banned from live and all companies who sent it out before release date are being sued by epic games!

Good to see that gears is still up to form.
Was fighting skorge on campaign and got hit by a falling pillar then went flyinging off landed on a ledge outside of the area. Jumped down to ground level and then proceeded to continue the fight in an area that skorge could not hurt me. ¬_¬

allowed to play it single player only when you put it on multiplayer did that occur people did get a warning though.
i got it from play.com and played it on the thursday before it was supposed to be released. I think it is awesome. Just like gears 1 but with a better story line. I think Hardcore isnt as hard as it should have been though.
