all rotors come with the "anti-jam system at the bottom" as standard. I think you mean to ask whether the rotor in question has the upgraded sharkfin paddle which assists the afore-mentioned anti-jam system to ease ball congestion.

1st gen rotor - no battery straps, no shark-fin paddle
2nd gen rotor - battery straps, no shark-fin paddle
3rd gen rotor - yes to both.
