thanks for that m8. i run at 7.3 iam not sure if this changes with different mice but it works for me, it looks like razer mice are very popular, i think a pole would be good if a admin can help

what mouse do you have atm? is this 7.3 in CSS and what is you windows sensitivity, its measured on a scale of 11 points, go to control panel, mouse and pointer options. I have mine on 5/11 and 2.2 ingame

also the best thing to do is to go along to a LAN, such as the iseries in April, where they have exhibitors and you can try out all the mice.

i does not say in that menu it just has a slider no numbers, 7.3 works well for me its probly the same spped as you use just set up different and i play css all the time (MHR) server

yeh on the slider you have to count up to where you have the arrow, it sounds like you play with quite a high sens, i suggest a razer, they are all basically the same, just different looks, therefore how they feel in the hand. Also if you have big hands a Razer will not suit you as some can be quite small.

Also i suggest try lowering your sens down, everytime you play lower it by 0.1 till you get to around 3, trust me it will help you improve.

I like it because its bloody comfy, 5600dpi and fits my hand even though I use a weird half claw-half palm grip. You can move the 2 buttons on the side forwards and backwards to fit your hand perfectly.

I have a Logitech MX518 and it's very good. Although it's cheap compared to full on gaming mice it's still got a lot of good features and is very ergonomic.
