Jack, I know what you are getting at but they actually only released 2 whole new markers last year; Angel4 Fly and Speed 05.

What's more, no-one makes you sell your existing one. I can't imagine anything being any faster or more reliable than a Fly so I've kept with it (despite a brief fling with a Speed05).

However, perhaps of more interest is what looks like a new WDP preset?? Take a close look at the image with the air system in shot, looks different than the current ones for sure.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

WDP have come up with what they believe to be a good design and are sticking with it, the newer markers are refinements, sounds like a good concept to me.

Now as for this one looking the same as all the other Angels well I have to disagree to a certain extent. Yes you can blatantly see it's an Angel however, I can see influences from the Shocker and Timmy in there too, not copied designs, just design influences.

I agree with Chunk too Jack, if people want to "keep up with the Jones's" then let them go ahead and buy the new toy's and sell their old ones at a ridiculously low price, if however their happy with their current marker then why bother updating? I don't think it's a bad thing for secondhand markers to come down in price, in fact it's good, helps new peeps (especially youngsters) really get into the sport.

People seem to be obsessed with looks, It seems they are allowed to release many different timmys which internally are the same, just with a different milling patterns.

But when WDP release a new angel, with the first real step forward in paintball technology since 1996 and people moan about it being the same just because of the looks.

The G7 has a completely redesigned valve system giving it the less kick and more efficiency than any paintball gun on sale today.
