I think its supposed to be a bit lighter, weighing around 125g. and the internals are apparently a new design with three shims instead of 2, and apparently its a little bit easier to service but I don't know as iv'e never done it.
I think been able to adjust the position of the fill nipple is well worth the extra tenner

The shims allow you to adjust the output pressure. Very good reg in my opinion and I was fortunate that I didn't even have to adjust the fill nipple on mine it just lined up straight away - bargain
