It doesnt come with a barrel, but if you where to buy it I would add a freak back for a tenner

and wat about a bx and instructions? lube etc? or just the gun itself?

Not even a stock barrel. I got the gun as you see it and sat in my bag. You'll be able to pick up a cheap stock barrel or with the freak back you'll get off me, you will pick up a cheap front and a insert.
