Hi mate, I can check the flacid dimensions tomorrow for you as theyre packed away right now. They can be inflated by any means i assume - i dont have a pump specific for them but im sure the same things which come with air beds for example will work on these. Perhaps someone can shed some more light on this as im not too sure?
