its in a used condition so some minor scratches and stuff in the laquer coating but no damage at all to the structure of the tank or the reg
it will need to be tested May 2013 (every 5 years starting from born date).
yes it is a 1.1 litre tank

i'll send you a quick PM just now and will get it wrapped & boxed while you get it paid up
