Either use flat ended pliers or cut it off like I do.
Always keep lpr hosing in your tool box for such occasions!

Thats the other way, but if you try to loctite it and screw it all back together in one piece it can be a nightmare.

well i just bought a 15* FRM from sloth and that comes with barbs and hosing so should be fine. Any tips on installing the barbs and hosing or is just a case of screwing in the barbs and pushing the hosing on?
