Of course I have to vote for safety if that's on the list, but after that reffing is far above everything else. It is also the hardest to deliver in a major tournament.

Like Baca has said before, you can have grass lawns, hostesses to great you at the airport, directions signs all over the city, a perfectly punctual schedule, reasonably priced food and drink, a smashing players' party, great security, top-level competition, lay-outs for all the fields, jacuzzis in the trade area, free massages, all the best vendors in the world, prizes that make you rich...but if you've been dicked by bad reffing you are going to go home with a frown on your beak.

Start with the basics then give us all the rest. Expectations are rising.

Has to be the organisation

because if that is done right then the safety, reffing, vendors, players parties etc will all be sorted as well
Pretty much the thinking behind my vote too :)
As for safety, if thats not first priority in the organisation, I wouldn't want to go at all.
Most of the dangers in paintball relate directly to how the players are organised (the rest are pretty much shoddy equipment/netting etc.)

why was this not an option?:D

Organisation

If there is dencent organsation then you can expect almost anyhting else to get fixed.

But like many others I expect about half of those options as standard, esp safety.

You can't have played much paintball up north if you think that tourneys can spoil a tourney! Although this year the weather has been amazing!

Then again, maybe Rancid is right...

Nothing will make you appreciate the value of playing on flat grass fields like living in a high altitude desert like Colorado. I want to belly slide, but the gravel is killing me...
