We will only be running 1 field this weekend as opposed to 2 as predicted, due to teams coming and going at the last minute and a outbreak of man flu amongst the marshalling staff.

We will be running the catch up games from round 3 first, and would like to start these games at 815/20 am(captains coffee meting @ 8), these games are in order as follows:

Just want to say a massive THANKYOU to all the teams that have played in and supported the first of Freekz Tournaments!

The Winter series has been fantastic and finished on a great day. Minus a few heated scuffles! Seriously though, we hope you have all enjoyed it as much as we hoped you would.

Well done to everyone who played and hope to see you all booked in for the Summer Series!

Big thanks also go to Freekz Team themselves, for making us proud and working so hard to make the Tournament run so smoothly, and of course Kitch for his hard work and effort to get it up and running!

We should have our third field set up to go by end of March, so great choices for the Summer Series and loads more space to play! There are options of opening further fields in time, but we need you all down there to fill them!

All of the ASBO team had an amazing day everyone in the team was really impressed with the way it was run. Little things like cleaning the bunkers after each game and Marshals being friendly. All it takes is a little bit of effort from everyone and its surprising what difference it can make and you have shown that.

It was an amazing atmosphere down there yesterday but feel really depressed today because it is all over and cant wait for the summer series to begin and get back down there with everyone again

We definitely had a game to remember when Heaven didn't shoot at us and just ran down the field at us. Big yourselves up for being good sports and i would love to know what was going through your heads when they shouted game-on. Probably the first and last time i will ever see that happen

I think 3rd for the series went to 2Hott4U? I may be mistaken though as was pretty knackered when the awards were being given out

I know the award for most improved team went to 2Hott4U Young Guns though. The quote Kitch gave was something like "they came here in the first round and basically got spanked, next round they beat Cynergy and have been improving every since"

It was us that got a 3rd place in the series Paul, not bad for a bunch of old men that dont train and sit around drinking coffee
The YGz did get most improved team too and that is all because we have great friends that help them out. Kitch and Nicky have helped with their training and brought them on in leaps and bounds, so to them I say thankyou for all the hard work they have put in.
I am surprised more people havent posted up and said anything to thank Kitch, Mick and Mo, the Freekz and the teams that have supported this event. Its a hard task to try and give you something with no thanks in return, and that probably affects why some people dont bother putting on tournaments that are built for the player and not the profit.
Like I said on the day, thanks to everyone involved and we hope to see you there for the summer series.
