AA fronts are a little easier to clean after a break then the freak fronts!
Porting starts at around the same distance so I don't think there's any performance issues!
Just choose which you think looks nicer lol

i was told by Smartparts that the porting on the Freak put more spin on the ball whereas the AA front tended to give a flatter trajectory than the Freak. Definitely easier to clean tho.

As the others said I don't think there's a great deal of difference between the 2, but I've used an AA for years and now have a freak with the 14" AA front. I personally never got on with the other style, (think they got called tulip or summat stupid like that when they came out), but an ex-teammate of mine swore it was the best thing he'd ever shot!Originally posted by shifty

There has been lots of debate about this very topic over at pbreview. The general concensus is that for some reason AA fronts perform better than the Freak fronts, although "better" can be seens as quite subjective, so best try it out for yourself as has already been said
