Presumably a factor in this is the grade of paint you shoot - ie; how consistently sized it is..?
Matching your paint to barrel will give you slightly better accuracy but will increase the number of breaks you will get.
If you break you will obviously lose accuracy completely until your barrel is clean again.
No paint is perfect, alot of pro teams use loose bore barrels because at their level breaking paint at a bad time can cost their team the game.
The IR3 stock barrel is around 0.689, I would use something slightly looser.
