freak inserts

mines got a red .695 insert, so sounds on the larger side!
i not really played much so havent come across too many brands yet!!
recommendations?

go on http://www.smartparts.com then on barrels then configure the freak or freak junior barrels it shows you the colour and size of each insert.

I use a gold, maybe get one either side ( one smaller , one larger) to be safe...
