Your going to struggle with appealing the refund as i was informed by paypal that it was actioned by you so cannot be reversed, all they did for me was email him advising that he repayed the money. i called 101 and got the police to put me through to the national fraud unit who have all of the information, i would do the same as seeing more than one report against the same person might encourage them to look into it deeper.
Do you have the serial number of the marker as there is no disputing it if you have. also gather up every correspondent and paypal page from the dispute and any postage info you have, i feel that if you inform the fraud unit we may both be sending in copies.

The balls on this kid, how does he sleep at night? Pocoyo I'm sorry for your loss man, this is ridiculous. Hopefully you can get everything you had right back, most certainly get in contact with the Po Po, more than one case against the same person isn't a coincidence and they are sure to investigate further. It disgusts me that someone would do this **** to honest ballers...
What gets me is why Paypal havent picked up on it.So far he has said that he hasnt recieved 2 different items,and puts claims in.Surely if you put x amount of claims in within a certai time framw the penny would drop?
While I'm not condoning or expressing intent to go and turn this petulant little boy into a Christmas tree, it's a free country. I just don't think it should be expressed or implied on a national forum that you'd be prepared to do anything of the sort.
