I received the refund this morning, even though last night i was informed that his paypal account was down over his card issues and would take 3-4 days. Glad the whole problem is sorted now, thanks to everyone for your help keeping the pressure on him to sort this issue and to the mods for looking out for us all, doubt he would have been as forthcoming without your assistance.
Just to add to the letter being sent to his parents, doubt it will have the same affect as the one on the way from the police national fraud unit

Full refund has been given for bottle.

The fact ryan is banned and he knows you. I am not prepared to send the bottle. Due to the risks involved. I personally don't want to be in same situation as topsy. I don't know either of you. Thats the end of that as far as I'm concerned. I had enough trouble sorting out sam55 cr4p when he was scamming people.

Imo ryan would be better off not having anything else to do with you from now on.
