Mate take the EGO 8 with you and sell it in NZ you might get a good price for it. Have a look on a the selling site Trademe.co.nz some gear on there is going for stupid money.

I did check that out but in order to get the marker into the country I'd need a fire arms licence and really couldn't be bothered with the hassle as i'll properly not play again till next year.
