It actually runs out of test 06/2007, so it will only be valid until the 30th June.

one of the guys i play with had a tank from america and he couldent fill it cos it was a differnt fitting but he found somewhere that could fill it
dunno if thats of any interst to you

the fittings are the same
they dont seem to mind what test it has on it as long as it looks ok usualy they dont know what there looking for they check the date maybe but not to see if its DOT HSE or PIE
mine is PIE and there happy to fill it

Technically, you are only allowed to fill DOT bottles in the states but they never check because 99 % of the people playing are Americans. Most people aren't even aware that there are different standards. If you are going to a rec site, I wouldn't worry about it...and yes, the fittings are the same.
