Flex 8 mask

ok, i dont know if its the way im explaining it, but...

i can change the lens.

but i wont to change the frame to which the lens attaches on a flex 8 mask.
when i try to the the frame off, the strap keeps the thing attached, and i dont see how to take the strap off.

you have to pull the straps out of the frames using brut force. You will then be able to take the frames of the faceplate and the top band.

ok, thats what i thought, but i started and the foam on the ear parts started to rip.

should i just do what need to be done...

flex 8's shouldnt have soft ears because the faceplate and ears are all one piece.

i know, but there is a foam strip across the ears, that looks like it COULD be holding the strap in

ok, i wont change the whole frame that keeps the lens inplace.

the only foam on the flex 8 is round the frames. you just pull the straps out of the frames, take the frames off, put the new frames on, put the straps back in. TA DA!! Job done takes 3 mins max.

you literally just need to pull the strap outward and it will pop out. There shouldnt be anything in the way
