yeah i back you up on the flatline its superb on range and deadly on acuracy (hitting a 3 inch target at 120ft with 4out of 5 balls with the 1-5 just clipping it)had no major probs with breaks as yet an also dead easy to clean
keep the gun at 300fps and make sure the flatline is fitted to the gun securly and totaly vertically.
300 fps, go for about 275fps, thats what most fields want it, 300 fps means u mite get a few more breaks n stuff
errrrrrrr no keep the Marker at 280 ish,your always going to get spikes,300+ = broken masklenses/bones and firearms laws
