is it just a gamertag banned or the whole xbox? If its the whole xbox i think £120's a bit high as live is the best thing about 360's!

Console banned mate, but that would be silly to use a flashed xbox online wouldn't it... It might get banned

Also, i've updated the 360 to the new dashboard, which isn't out for 2 months yet.
