The reality is drinking lots of beer the night before you play, then playing hung over and eating site food consisting mainly of burger and chips.

Mmmmm.................fatty.

cheers guys i got my program all sorted out now.
It involves plyometrics, running with full gear apart from marker etc .flexibility static stretches, dynamic stretches, pnf stretches, and then working on pure strength leg curls, squats,lunges... high resistance low reps.

i know tommy has been bang on the plyometrics with good results
also look up kettle bells, been doing more and more of these recently and make a refreshing change and the benefits are awesome with the corrects programs. weve found ya hit so many parts of the body with one move its unreal.

then couple it with interval and fartlek training. perfect cardio training for an xball enviroment
