Yeah but they are also saying he has brain damage. Eventually we will be told exactly whats going on.

If he was going for a record (i've seen the company running it said he wasn't) then he may not have got it as im sure you have to complete at least 2 runs.

but then again who actually knows what was going on that wasn't there?

For it to be an official record, there has to be 2 runs. one in each direction. And i know it's obvious but all the equipment has to be approved and calibrated.
The only positive thing is that he was on his last run, which means he may have got the record:confused:

I wish him a speedy and full recovery, but my thoughts are with his family........imagine how his wife Amanda feels right now.:eek:

Out of intensive care now, so it seems like his life is no longer on the line. Undetermined amount of brain damage aparantly... which could be anything from some memory loss to vegetable.

Here's hoping all is ok.....
