Yea just try Sketch-up, probably the most simple to use.
Or try different ones like AutoCAD, Solid Edge or something like that

May I ask what the program is please?

I chose sketch up as I have managed to make items with out really needing instructions. Plus once made you can share them so i only need to make each item once
