I'd just like to say thankyou to rich for putting on these events. The marshals on the eclipse field and the blue millennium field for the afternoon session were second to none. I really couldn't fault any decisions made. It always amazes me coming to the new site. Everytime it feels like I'm walking into a millennium event. Very well set out and very well organised. It's always a pleasure, with the added bonus this time around of having the great guys from nexus to the event

Keele, Staffs.
Didn't do quite as much winning as I would have liked but I can't blame anyone for that. Had a few issues with the marshals, none of them really big problems, I'll leave that to Temper, but for example we one of our games because one of my players got 1-4-1ed for "arguing with the ref". All he did was ask where he'd been hit and when shown (after being 1-4-1ed) didn't dispute it. I just think that if the refs are going to be that zealous about the rules that they should maybe put a bit more effort in to try to avoid things like that. Otherwise a good day, had fun, well done to Temper for the afternoon n' in particular well done to Mr. Micheal Stewart who almost single handedly beat Warped 2 in our game against them and but for a minor technicality in the rules would have made us the only dent in their perfect score for the day.

As always was a great day from start to finish, cant believe most people are only bothered about how they look in pictures though ? strange.

But any way some great refs on our 2 fields the white eclipse field and the blue field,

Had a great game with disruption as always and the team work between us both as well when playing other teams is great.

Was good to see nexus there as well was a good game against them,

Also temper was a good game they are getting a lot better and showed it was good battle the score didn't reflect the actual game.

Results from our group

1st Manchester Firm
2nd Disruption
3rd Nexus

I think.

Cheers Markie....

First off a massive thanks goes out to Rich Harris for all his support and for giving us the UK Ballers what we want once again..

I think for our first Xball event as Birmingham Temper it was a success. We had some massive battles with some top teams. We will see you all out there again!!!!

Thanks to the Ku Nemisis guys for pitting for us it was a pleasure having you guys wiping us down and getting us back out there..

Cheers Buttsy

great event as usual, i had a few issues with a few reffs off field 1 snake side, and a couple of stupid calls, or lack of calls on field 3 snake side!!!!
on numerous occasion i saw some reffs lying down in the way of the players moves making them to either run over them or cause them to fall over them! once happened to me! i asked to ref to move out the way and he refused, i asked again and he told me to shut up or he will pull me! div!!
how you meant to make a successful move with a plank lying in the way!
some marshalls feeling a bit power hungry i think!!
