Buyers Beware - Do not buy from this guy Shankzy

Over 3 weeks and still not received my Vlocity after I payed, he's ignoring my PM's for a refund now. Never had any probs on here before with buying or selling.

I've been really patience and polite up until now. Does anybody know Lee aka Shankzy of the Tigers 2, I've asked Twizz to see if he can help?
