How funny I was looking at the Apoc site when it hit. Was reading and resting my forearms on the desk. I though they were spasuming. Sat up put them back on the desk and nothing. Then like 10 mins or so and I read this thread. Kinda wish it was during the day. Then if it is a roller you can see the ground actaully move like a wave.
Just read the aol news on the quake it measured 4.8 equivalent to 1000 tonnes of TNT and was probably a localised fault as we are not on any plate borders.
it woke me up ....very quickly and I`m like what the hell was that? at which point my girlfriend turned over and said it was just the wind I then went back to sleep
