Way too many to choose but...

Not in any order and certainly not every one I like that I could think of:

John Woo's The Killer ("Arrest me later, fight now!")
Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan ("Khaaaaaaaannnnn!" obviously)
Enter the Dragon ("Don't think! FEEEEEEEL!")
Star Wars: A New Hope ("The force is strong with this one.")
Way of the Dragon ("Who does Karate better than Japanese?")
Alien ("The food ain't that bad baby!")
Police Story 2 ("I want it so his mother doesn't recognise him!")
Gladiator ("I will have my vengeance...")
Aliens SE ("We got nukes, knives, sharp sticks...")
A Fistful Of Dollars ("... and me right in the middle.")
2001 ("Open the pod bay doors Hal.")
Leon ("This is from Mathilda...")

in my opinion, films that are the best are the ones that get you thinking about real life, and im a bit of a poof as i do like a little bit of an eye watering at the end.
but let me explain

requiem for a dream - amazing cinematography, makes you think about all those crazy people you see walking around, is it actually their fault, or have they been absolutely ****ed over.

leon - story line and Natalie Portman's acting is amazing, the toilet scene

Boyz in da hood - Probably Cuba Gooding Juniors only good film in my eyes, the shotgun scene really got me

Momento - backwardness and if you have seen it, i love having debates over this film as it has so many untied parts

Donnie Darko - amazing end of
