On our team we drill and play with a ratio of 3 drills to one game. Seems absurd but we can snap shoot like hell
. First off we run two laps around the park, the size of a regulation running track. After that we do comm drills. Our back players have no guns, fronts do, but they are blind folded. Us backs have to direct there fire and tell them when to move and shoot. Then we run basic snap shooting drills. We go through the mechanics of it. We snap look out, set up, snap shoot and start the whole cycle over again. These are done on whistle commands. We hit eachother everytime. Then we do indian runs. By then its time for a break. Then we run crush drills. 3 on 1's 3 on 2's and so on. The unhealthier members on our team get a chance to smoke then. Thats all i'm gonna tell you now. Can't give all our secrets.
