We do not welcome the behaviour previously shown by tiny, and as the masses have voiced there opinions already I can't see him coming to events really knowing that nobody trusts him or wants him there.

Sorry Rich but he has proved today by lying to you and knowing everyone in paintball thinks he is a thieving sh11te that he will show up at events or did he think nobody would find out.

I didn't post this thread to reflect badly on your company or event as I know you put on the best event in the country and I don't think anyone would see it that way but enough stuff goes missing without people like Breakwell at events.

He seems to be the turd paintball can't flush away.

Rich just read your post and i can understand where you are coming from
i think the problem for everybody is that it is still fresh in their minds.
if it had been say 12 months down the road i don`t think there would be the same reaction

Rich, I don't think anyone is aiming flak at you or your business. As far as I'm concerned I'm in absolutely no position to comment - I haven't met you and I wasn't at the event. My questions such as why not remove him from the site are out of sheer curiosity (as there may be a perfectly good reason for not removing him).

As for drawing the line on thieving... well I guess this guy is an extreme case. You don't get many people like this, and there is no point in vetting everyone. If someone does steal from someone on this forum they're going to get found very quickly. This guy has been caught... where do we go now? I believe Robbo said he will make sure this guy goes no where in our sport. Is that what we do, and actually remove him from any events he shows up to?

Rich, the only person who is even mentioning your company in an accusatory fashion is you mate; nobody holds you or your company accountable, nobody.
However, whilst not holding you accountable, I think people were right to ask questions as to how on earth somebody such as breakwell was allowed back into their midsts with no warning.
breakwel's trial and sentencing was done in a very public manner on the pages of this site and as such, it was reasonable for people to assume that any change in breakwell's fortunes would be flagged up on here.

The answer to why this all unfolded in the way it did lays in breakwell's pathological propensity to lie and manipulate people around him.
He just got lucky Rich didn't call me or Lump to verify what breakwell had said but in the end a practical sort of justice eventually prevailed.
And Rich, don't over-react here mate, there's absolutely no need for any deep and unnecessary self-recrimination here .. it's just one of those petty things in life that annoy, nothing more .. just shovel it in the sh!t bin at the back of your mind and crack on ... keep a proper perspective and all will be fine.

Hi Rich, hope your feeling a bit recovered now bud. I don't blame you for the sc**tes lying etc, nor does anyone else.

And I'm sure you took approriate action on site giving the limited time you have to forum read etc. As you said you kept him in line of sight at all times so thumbs up for that. however I still wouldn't be comfortable being at an event with him.

I understand the chap in Ireland who was ripped off is having success with his replacement marker.

Also Physop starts for me on Fri so hopeuflly back on field sooner rather than later!!

I have to say, in the last 2 days I've read the whole of the initial thread about breakwell and to begin with I was all for giving him another chance, but as the thread went on I realised that he is incapable of accepting that what he did was wrong, unable to apologise for his actions, and doesn't deserve a second chance.

If he had shown any kind of remorse for his actions then I would be all for giving him a second chance but the way he has acted throughout all of this, to me, means that he has destoyed any chance he ever had of continuing to be involved in the paintball community.

Also Rich, don't worry about this, he told you a lie and you didn't have time to check up on it. Once you found out everything about him you took the right course of action in my eyes, making sure he didn't have a chance to cause any problems.
