I've had a hunt round and can't see a bottle like that for under £100. the cheapest I've seen a 0.8 steel is £40 new, did you mean £142??

you barely see any fibre wrapped 3000psi bottles... and since lips barely has anything, i would doubt if they had some of them in the first place
