hola

Jud you really should get the iformation right before making posts like these.

Hello everybody i am steven09 and i am resoponsible for Poaching RDX lol (it wasnt just me)
players Althow we are all Neighbours that played together years back for a team called Raptors and we all live within 5 mins from each other and still playing for the same team now we dont have loyalty??

What you have clearly missed out is that the players that have left we going to leave anyway. three of them including kris had offers from some very good Am teams and one of them a pro team at the time.

they wished to still shair the loyalty that we have always shared since we where the raptors not 1 player has left despite the offers they have had and are all still playing together..

althow it may seem disapointing to you i am sorry that we didnt have more time to play ball as RDX.. however you have only been there all of 2 mins and really you havnt had insight into the team yet admitingly.

I dont recall any of your player being asked to come and play for us atall.
We were directed to players that people thougt had talent and they certainly did not get asked to play staright away..
without this teams Like NEXUS wouldnt Exsist

Far as sponsor Loyalty go's you really should look nearer at home for that mate.

As i say i really didnt mean to offend anyone and you left it this late to post this ad just as kris leaves?

This is my 2 penneth.

This is the way i see it, there is always going to be sour grapes when a player leaves a p8ntball team no matter what people say.
But you must ask yourselves why they did leave, was it a conflict of opinions, was it the way it was run, or was it that the offer given from another team was 2 good 2 turn down?

Really if a player does leave for whatever reasons it is only but common courtesy to tell the capt/manager/coach what his reasons are for leaving. So then they can look for a fill in player a.s.a.p.

And also it is the capt's responsibility to understand why, and maybe resolve the problem within reason, but the way not to do it is to slate other teams for "poaching" or the player in question for "deserting" on an open forum as that really doesn't get anybody anywhere.

Or was that just utter bollocks::confused

STEVEN

HI STEVE well 1st maybe ive only been with rdx a short while but as far as Khris is concerned thats not the issue here, so lets leave that one alone the issue is, well you know the issue. We do a try out , you get a sniff of a couple of decent players you approach one of them , P/M thats the issue nowt else, as far as you and little j, rob & mike thats fine no sour grapes here at all , but come on are you trying to prevent whats left of RDX from carrying on its only a name mate , i also havent named you or the others till now this post shows a lot of other peoples opinion and every one is entitled to that. i expected you to respond thats fine , but most of the **** has come from your pc mate , even though you claim its nowt to do with you , as a player steve your very good most people know that , but your not NEXUS you really need to get your feet back on the ground mate , paint balling is a sport its taking part that counts mate , not all about winning every game as we found out in your last 2 comps with rdx every team has a bad result now and then m8 , its how you deel with them that matters , the correct way normally isnt to break up the team as 4 of you played in them bad two events. well steve this suject was unavoidable all the best with your new team .

It's not easy for any player to leave a team but ultimately you have got to be a bit selfish and decide whats best for you.
I was the captain of Dyehard when K2 asked me to join and it took a couple of weeks before I plucked up the courage to make the move.
They are both great sets of lads but I felt my game would improve when thrown in the mix with a younger team and thats been the case and I'm enjoying paintball even more.
The main thing is that you should have the common courtasy to speak with your team prior to moving.
Anyway Dyehard soon managed to get two or three players to replace me:rolleyes:

Guys.

No-one want's the dirty laundry being aired in public.

Chill fella's, yeah its a pain in the arse but making it public aint gonna help, maybe you guys should get this thread deleted and continue any conversations by email, I imagine this aint thetype of thing sponsors/potential sponsors want to read about!

Take it easy....

Paul.
