naw
they just assume that british teams can't ball, and excluded you from the final 4

Hardcore look good, although they did get absolutly spanked by the yanks in Germany, but still they made final 4 pro.

Towns in Teamnames

In the style of the NXL rules i thought in the EXL the teams even need to have towns in their teamnames. So the Mayhem Tigers changed to London Tigers, the Ugly Ducklings to Copenhagen Ducks, Ignition is now Stockholm Ignition but how about the other teams?

Hmmm,

10.30 Legion v Ducks, 8 - 4

12.00 Nexus v Shockwave, 6 - 4

13.30 Joy v Tigers, 6 - 3

15.00 Ignition v Ton Tons, 5 - 5

I think for the beginning of the season it may turn out to be a stagnant start to the series. Its a new concept for all the teams, and a new way of thinking for all players and coaches. Not to mention a stricter training regime over the off season.

Give it till the next event and hopefully teams will have a better grasp on the concept, and maybe even more players to the roster. Cos i have a feeling that most teams are gonna be in a world of hurt :D

Good luck to all the teams, and make sure you take plenty of water, and pain killers :p :D

Peace

Darren

Apart from Nexus you mean cos some of those guys were actually
put together to form an Xball team in the first place.

ok guys, my point wasnt aimed at playing x-ball for the first time, but merely the fact that grasping the concept of x-ball and its surrounding's will improve teams through out the season.
I bet when the 7-man format first came out teams werent up to speed with things, not to mention the fact teams are moving from 7-man, to 5-man x-ball. Two totally different formats. Look at when the nxl first started, and how all the teams have vastly improved since then.

That was my point :D but, if im wrong im sorry :(

Still good luck to all the teams hope you all do well!!!

Peace

Darren :)
