Out of interest, is it shooting consistantly (although slowly bps wise) or is it firing only intermittently (inconsistant ROF)?
There is a plate that dictates the solenoid height in the frame. Set too high and it means that the sear will have trouble disengaging from the hammer plate reliably.
Too low and the hammer won't engage properly on the sear.
Just a thought.....

I'd say it's pretty consistant....but as you say, it's low bps.
Still think it's the board? From what i've been told, it was working fine one time, then when used the next....it wouldn't work properly, so i don't think anything inside had been moved. Still think it's the board???

Thats it, maybe it is the plate but I hadn't fiddled with it, hopefully that may be the problem and an easy fix.
