Erm, carnt think what the issue could be ? Was tested just before packed and sent! The lights are pretty confusing to be fair , think if you hold your finger on the button to turn it on wait a few seconds( changes colour a couple of times) then hold your finger down again and it goes purple- that's on (eyes on) hold again and it goes orange(eyes off) !! If you try this and still nothing then it could just be a case of a new battery?! Maybe the bolt needs greese/lubing? Or the o ring on your bottle? If you could try all this please? Yet if it still doesn't work then of course a full refund will be given! Just carnt think what else the problem could be as I but a couple of balls through it right before sending!!!

Are you sure you tested it before sending?

I have just had a PM from another forum member, who was also interested in buying the gun, before I became involved.

He explained to me that he wanted to buy the gun, but wanted to test it first. He wanted to come to your place, test the gun, and then he would give you the cash.

You told him that you did not have any air to test it with. So, the sale did not go ahead.

Given this, you can do one of two things:-

i. Give me a refund of 50% of the purchase price - that's £90 - to reflect the fact it does not work, and was not advertised as such. I will keep the gun.

ii. Refund me the entire purchase price - £180 - and I will send the gun back to you, recorded & insured. Which means I will have taken a loss on postage and paypal fees.

Your choice - let me know which option you want to go with.

yes im sure!

and with regards to the other forum member, yes at the time i didnt have any air but he was going to bring his bottle with him!that was not the reason why the sale didnt go through!
since then i played round 4 and filled my tank up before leaving, having in mind to test the etha! worked fine!

this is what i dont understand!

i can understand your frustration, no one wants to buy something that dont work!
so yes i can give a full refund no problem!!!

Matt works nights so you probably wont get a reply untill early morning when he finishes work.

He did have the same issue you seem to have when he bought the gun but when i added a new battery it seemed to fix the issue which is why I am sure he is as puzzled as you with the issues you are having.

send the gun back and we will sort it out.

I will personally guarantee you will get your money back and if you dont ( you will ) please feel free to come and see me at CPPS or Paris Mills where i will give you £180 in cash. you can contact me by PM if you wish or ill send you my number if needs be.

i dont think he sold the marker knowing it may have been broken but in reality when do you ever know a gun wil break, i know in my experience i put it in my kit bag fine and i take it out and it has developed an issue - just the way it goes sometimes and its just unfortunate its happened during the middle of a sale. sods law !
