HOW DO I CREATE A NEW THREAT OR POST? IT SAYS AT THE BOTTOM OF MY SCREEN, You may post new threads

Go into main screen & click on "For Sale or Wanted" & it will show you in the top left hand corner "New Thread", click on that & off you go...
