In my own personal dealings with Planet I disagree with you and/or your friend, but I don't not believe you because there may be other factors as to why Planet won't fix the gun, or why they took so long.

As for DS, I thought his comment was slightly out of order, and will happily point of my opinions to anyone who wants to listen

My point is that slating a company can hurt its business. I for one would not be happy is someone commented about my business without any basis at all. In fact. I am still waiting the specifics of the bad experience?
